About the Owners
Brett and Stef met at the University of New Hampshire and call Portsmouth, NH home. They remodel spaces as if they are their own, and take pride in the spaces they design. From custom cabinetry, to quartz countertops and custom tile bathrooms, they aren’t your average ‘flippers’!
Brett berger
Brett, a licensed REALTOR® with Gray Property Group, has a business degree and masters from UNH. He has developed a passion for real estate and construction over the years. He manages all acquisitions and sales, as well as project management and balance sheets.
Stef Berger
Coming from a family of contractors, Stef naturally gravitates towards real estate. From sketching out designs and floor plans, to picking out materials and fixtures, she is the eyes and ears behind the design!
