Brett Berger

Brett co-founded Flippin Bergers, LLC with his wife, Stefanie, in 2019. They live in Portsmouth, NH with their two children and energetic goldendoodle, Dennett, who is named after their first “flip”.

A licensed Realtor with Gray Property Group, Brett specializes in residential and investment sales in the Seacoast. Over the past four years, he has successfully bought, renovated, and sold over $7m in properties.

Brett wears many hats with his properties ranging from hands-on construction to general contracting, comparative analysis, and bookkeeping. He works with many different types of lenders and investors and has working relationships with dozens of contractors.

With a data analytics background and a degree in finance from UNH’s Whittemore School of Business and Economics, Brett brings a diverse skill set to the company.
